I purchased my home almost a year ago. I was nervous and apprehensive about the whole process. Leslie Magadoro was very professional, and available, as well as the enitre Upland office staff. If I needed anything they were on top of it. If I hit a snag (which is what happened when someone stole a credit card during escrow!) Leslie was on the phone calming me down, and this was on a weekend. This company went above and beyond. From start to finish the whole process took 3 or 4 months. This includes prequalification to when I received the keys. I had a GREAT experience with Broadview Mortgage. In fact I have handed out many cards to friends looking to buy homes or refinance. In my opinion when you have a team that works well together and that is built on integrity things run smoothly and everyone is happy. Thank you Broadview Mortgage! |

I could not have purchased my house without Dee Ann. She explained everything to me so that I understood what needed to happen and informed me of the next procedure to come. I was in Canada for 6 weeks, which added more complication for her because I was not always available. I admire her patience and understanding especially working within a time frame. When Dee Ann left for her holiday, Monica picked up. Monica was extremely kind to me because at this point I felt as though the house would never be mine. She was supportive and helpful. Working along with Dee Ann she let me know what needed to be done and insisted that I persevere because it was going to eventually be my house. I cannot tell you how much I valued her input. She was diligent and thorough and did not miss a step.
